Lox n Labneh Bagel

Ingredients

  • 1 plain or flavored bagel
  • 4 tbsp Yaza Plain Labneh
  • 4 oz sliced cold smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • Optional: Tomato slices fresh dill, and feta cheese

Directions

Step 1

  • Slice and toast bagel

Step 2

  • Spread 2 tbsp of labneh on each half of bagel

Step 3

  • Layer salmon to cover one bagel slice

Step 4

  • Top with onions and capers, plus any optional ingredients

Step 5

  • Reassemble bagel and halve if desired
