Beet Labneh

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Yaza Plain Labneh
  • 1/4 cup raw shredded beetroot
  • 3/4 cup shredded cucumber
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

  • Place labneh in a bowl

Step 2

  • Create a hole in the center of the labneh and smooth well

Step 3

  • Mix in the beetroot, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, salt, pepper and minced garlic

Step 4

  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Serve with crackers or biscuits
