Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp Yaza Muhammara
  • 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Method

Prep the Chicken:
  1. Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes at room temperature (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
Grill the Chicken:
  1. Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the outside has nice grill marks. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Prepare the Plate:
  1. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of Yaza Muhammara onto each plate. Using the back of the spoon, spread it into a swoosh or circular base layer — think restaurant-style plating.
Assemble & Serve:
  1. Slice the grilled chicken and lay it over the Muhammara base. Garnish with parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, or a few crushed walnuts for texture.
